Snaps are cotton swabs filled with 99% alcohol and are ideal for cleaning difficult to reach spots. Each middle tube of the Snap is filled with alcohol and has 2 bits of cotton for scrubbing. To use the swab, simply “Snap” (hence the name) it on the blue line to release the alcohol to soak the bottom cotton. Use the soaked end of the swab to wipe away any grime you wish to remove. These are perfect for bowls, downstems, pipe stems and vaporizer accessories. Each pack contains 24 Snaps
